tried calling for an appointment at 11.30 the other day on hold for 10 mins no answer. I have been on hold for over 20 minutes on the phone at 1pm and the line cut out. currently on hold again have been for a further 10 minutes.
also worst hold music ever! very irritating.
tried to book appointment online but you cannot select options for specific appointments such as jabs etc
It's almost impossible to make appointments by phone. Rings and there is no answer. The service is very poor.
I rang this surgery 3 times this morning between 9.55 and 10.10 am in order to get an appointment to see the practice nurse. Not urgent but I held on for a total of 11 minutes - once for 5 minutes and twice for 3 minutes. All I could hear was how to book an appointment online, how to access 'I want great care' and the music of Vivaldi !! Whether the Reception desk was unmanned or understaffed, I couldn't say but I was not impressed. I use this surgery fairly frequently as I am waiting for major surgery but today was not a good example of this otherwise excellent facility.
The Doctors are amazing at this practice. They are just let down by their reception team. They are very rude when answering the phone. They also seem to think they are qualified doctors when telling you that you are not important enough for an appointment. And there never seems to be an appointment to have. I would recommend you book all appointments via the Internet.
i need to replace my epipens which have gone out of date, you can only do this between 11am and 1.30 pm i can only take my lunch hour between 1.30 and 2.30 now been in hold for 25 minutes no answer, appalling service
